Take the first step towards supporting your health with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. After reviewing your intake paperwork, we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. I'll share how Nutritional Therapy can support your health, explain the five foundations that guide my approach, and answer any questions you have. If we both feel we're a good fit, we'll discuss the next steps for working together.

90 Day Package

Designed to help you create sustainable habits that support your health goals through the foundational principles of Nutritional Therapy: Blood sugar balance, digestion, sleep, stress, and nutrient-dense nutrition.

Comprehensive review of your health history, symptoms, and current progress

Six bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions (75–90 minutes each)

Continued Care Session

Designed for returning clients who have completed a package and want ongoing, supportive guidance.

These sessions offer space to review your progress, troubleshoot current challenges, and make personalized adjustments to your nutrition and lifestyle plan based on how your body is responding. We continue working through the foundations of blood sugar regulation, digestion, sleep, stress, and nutrient-dense nutrition to support steady, sustainable progress over time.

Sessions are 75–90 minutes and are intended to provide deeper support, accountability, and ongoing care as you continue building lasting wellness habits.
