This session forms the foundation of your personalized wellness blueprint. After reviewing your paperwork, we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and goals. I'll share how Nutritional Therapy can support your health, explain the five foundations that guide my approach, and answer any questions you have. If we both feel we're a good fit, we'll discuss the next steps for working together.

Designed to help you create sustainable habits that support your health goals through the foundational principles of Nutritional Therapy: Blood sugar balance, digestion, sleep, stress, and nutrient-dense nutrition.

Continued Care Session
Creating lasting change is an ongoing process, and I'm here to support you throughout. These follow-up sessions are where we fine-tune your personalized wellness protocol as we see how your body responds. We'll address any challenges or obstacles you encounter along the way, while expanding your understanding of your body's unique needs and responses. Think of these sessions as your dedicated time to ask questions, gain insights, and build the skills you need to become the expert on your own health. My role is to guide, educate, and empower you as you implement and adapt your wellness plan.
This is a no-obligation, complimentary 30-minute introductory call. After reviewing your intake paperwork we will:

A Closer Look at the NAQ
As part of your personalized journey, we’ll use Nutri-Q, a tool that helps identify areas where your body may need the most support. You’ll complete a detailed Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) covering symptoms, health history, and lifestyle factors.
Your responses generate a Symptom Burden Graph, which highlights the foundational areas of health, including nutrient-dense nutrition, digestion, blood sugar regulation, sleep, and stress management. It also shows how these foundations may be influencing body systems such as the digestive, immune, endocrine, nervous, and cardiovascular systems.
Using these insights, I’ll create a customized plan tailored to your unique needs. We’ll also use the graph throughout our work together to monitor your progress and guide ongoing recommendations, ensuring your support remains aligned with your goals and your body's needs.
