Sam Grace Nutrition

Meet Sam

Hi! I’m Sam.

I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, wife, and mom to my baby girl!

Sam Grace Nutrition was created with the simple goal: to help people understand what their bodies are communicating and support them through foundational nutrition and lifestyle habits. I believe our bodies were designed by God with incredible wisdom and communicate with us through the way we feel. My work is about helping you listen, understand, and support those signals in a practical way.

My Approach: The Foundations of Health

My approach is built on what Nutritional Therapy calls "The Foundations of Health." These are the cornerstones of wellness that, when properly supported, allow health to flow naturally. They include:

1

Nutrient-Dense Diet

Whole, thoughtfully prepared, foods are a source of joy and nourish the body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

2

Optimal Digestion

What we eat has little impact if we can’t digest and absorb the nutrients. Proper digestive function is essential for the health of every cell and system.

3

Blood Sugar Regulation

From energy balance, metabolism, and inflammation to hormone production and mental health, blood sugar regulation is crucial to maintaining wellness.

4

Quality Sleep

Adequate, quality sleep is absolutely essential for optimal physiological and cognitive function.

5

Stress Management

We cannot always control our stressors, but managing our response to stress has profoundly positive physical and mental impacts on health.

These foundations don't work in isolation. They're all connected, and when one area begins to improve, it often creates a ripple effect that supports the others. That's why I focus on building a strong foundation instead of chasing individual symptoms.

My Path to Nutritional Therapy

My journey into Nutritional Therapy began with my own health.

During college, I struggled with chronic migraines, fatigue, bloating, inflammation, and food sensitivities. I knew something wasn't right, but I couldn't figure out why.

I thought I was doing everything "right." I exercised hard almost every day, even when I hadn't slept well. I pushed through exhaustion because I believed that if I had enough discipline and willpower, I would eventually feel better.

Instead, I felt frustrated and discouraged.

As I searched for answers, I began learning more about nutrition and how the body is designed to function. I was surprised to discover how much our everyday habits influence our health and how little nutrition is emphasized in traditional medical education. The more I learned, the more I realized there was an entirely different way to approach health.

I began supporting my body instead of fighting against it. By focusing on a nutrient-dense diet, balanced blood sugar, digestion, sleep, and stress, I experienced meaningful changes in my own health and gained a completely new perspective on wellness.

That journey eventually led me to become a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. Today, I'm passionate about helping others better understand what their bodies are communicating and giving them the tools to build a strong foundation for lifelong health.

Beyond My Practice

Outside of my practice, I'm a wife and "mama" to my sweet daughter.

I love spending time outdoors, soaking up the sunshine, swimming, beach days, and traveling whenever I get the chance. You'll also find me baking, trying new recipes in the kitchen, or catching up with friends over a good cup of coffee.

This season of life has reminded me to appreciate the simple things and has deepened my passion for helping others care for their health. To me, health isn't about chasing perfection. It's about having the energy to be fully present with the people you love, pursue the passions God has placed on your heart, and enjoy the life He's given you.
